As a Business member of Liberty Locator, you have access to both employee and leader self-paced training, policy templates for your business, and attestations to ensure that staff has completed training and understands how to uphold your organization’s values. Please access these resources using the links in the Next Steps and/or Resources sections below.

NEXT STEPS

If you have your own anti-discrimination/anti-harassment policy and training, please complete the Liberty Locator Employer Attestation form. This will confirm that your business has met the requirements below:

  1. Ensure you have an anti-discrimination/anti-harassment policy in place. If you do not, you may customize the Liberty Locator policy template available here.
  2. Complete the Employer self-paced training here. Ensure all leaders within your organization do the same.
  3. Review the Manager talking points here.
  4. Suggested Attestation steps:
    • Sign the Employee Training Attestation here. Ensure all leaders within your organization complete the training and sign attestation. File these attestation in personnel files. DO NOT send these to Liberty Locator.
    • Ensure all non-leader employees complete the Employee Training here, and sign the Employee Training Attestation here. File these attestations in personnel files, as these can be retrieved during performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting expectations for promoting an anti-discriminatory and inclusive environment. DO NOT send these to Liberty Locator.
    • Ensure all employees have read and understood your company’s Anti-Discrimination/Anti-Harassment policy and signed the Policy Attestation here. File these attestation in personnel files. DO NOT send these to Liberty Locator.
